Alaina was first exposed to the aviation industry working for an aftermarket aircraft parts supplier directly out of college.  She ventured into an interest of learning and development in 2001 when she led and trained a team marketing a large product line for a health and wellness multinational corporation. Alaina later moved into developing training materials and conducting training classes on Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement topics for a diversified manufacturer fortune 500 company.  She gained experience of continuous improvement project implementations that resulted in thousands of dollars saved on the bottom line. In late 2008, Alaina returned to the aviation industry tasked with developing training programs, training content, and a solution to manage it all for three separate companies.  Specializing in regulatory training, aviation, food and hospitality service, transportation, dangerous goods transportation, human resources, soft skills, U.S. export compliance, safety, lean six sigma and manufacturing industries.

With eighteen years experience in learning and development, eleven plus years training experience, it was decided to develop an affordable training management system to offer to companies for a solution that is simple to implement with a personal touch. This meets the FAA industry training requirements, ISO 9001:2015 training record-keeping standard,  lifts the burden of training compliance, measuring competencies, and record keeping to free up time and energy toward other value-added duties.

"I don't believe in status quo. There is always room for improvement, and everyone can reach a higher potential than where they are today.   I have a passion to develop, motivate, and empower people." - Alaina
